Terms & Policies – All is Well Pharmacy
1.General Terms
1.1 All is Well Pharmacy provides home delivery of prescription and non-prescription medicines, healthcare products, and wellness essentials.
1.2 Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years or older. For minors, orders must be placed by a parent/guardian.
1.3 By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided (name, address, prescription, payment details) are accurate and true.
2. Prescription Medicines
2.1 Certain medicines are legally classified as prescription-only drugs (Schedule H, H1, and X drugs as per Indian Drug & Cosmetics Act, 1940).
2.2 For such medicines, customers must upload or share a valid doctor’s prescription before delivery. Orders without valid prescriptions will be cancelled.
2.3 Our pharmacists reserve the right to verify prescriptions, and in case of any doubt, we may decline the order.
3. Order & Delivery Policy
3.1 Orders can be placed via our website, app, WhatsApp, or phone.
3.2 Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, location, and time of order. Urgent or emergency delivery requests will be prioritized where possible.
3.3 Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and ensure availability to receive the order. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur additional charges.
3.4 Medicines and healthcare products are delivered in sealed and original packaging.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 All prices displayed include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payment methods accepted: Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Digital Wallets.
4.3 Prices may be subject to change based on manufacturer updates, government regulations, or availability. Customers will always be informed prior to final billing.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
5.1 For safety and regulatory reasons, medicines once sold cannot be returned unless they are:
- Damaged during delivery
- Expired at the time of receipt
- Wrong product delivered
5.2 Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verifying the returned product.
5.3 Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 Customer data including name, address, medical history, and prescription details are treated with strict confidentiality.
6.2 We do not share or sell personal data to third parties, except where required by law.
6.3 Secure technology is used to protect sensitive information during transactions.
7. Safety & Disclaimer
